Production details
- Side and top: Use 20 mm thick plywood, reinforce the frame at intervals of about 7-10 cm., cover the top with 12 mm thick MDF. Board, cover with 0.5 mm thick veneer, the bottom is covered with 9 mm thick MDF. Board, total thickness 100 mm. through the process of spraying and coating with Polyester [PE] paint, polished with a varnish using a fleece until the front surface is as shiny as a mirror, the writing pad is made of wood covered with black Hard PVC leather, size 500 * 800 * 12 mm thick and black painted glass [Glass Coated], size width 350 * 800 * 12 mm thick, tempered [Tempered Glass].
- Table shade: 19 mm thick MDF board, polished and coated with white matte Polyurethane [PU] paint.
- Cabinet side panel: 19 mm. thick MDF board, sanded and coated with white matte Polyurethane [PU] paint.
- Drawer front: 19 mm thick MDF board covered with 0.5 mm thick veneer, polished and coated with Polyester [PE] paint.
- Sliding door front: 19 mm. thick MDF board that has undergone a surface finishing process and has been coated with white matte Polyurethane [PU] paint. It is then polished with a varnish using a wool cloth until the front surface is as shiny as a mirror.
